Driving directions to KSC and local accommodationsFROM
ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
TO KSC DEBUS CONFERENCE CENTER: Take
north exit out of Orlando International Airport, then take Route 528 (Beeline)
East (see Map #1). (NOTE:
This is a toll road. You’ll
pay a $1.25 toll not too long after leaving the airport).
You’ll be on the Beeline for approximately 35 miles until you reach a
point where the highway will fork left (for Route 407) and right (to stay on
Route 528). Bear to the left onto
Route 407. Follow Route 407 until
it ends at a T-intersection with Route 405 (see Map #2).
Turn right onto Route 405. Route
405 will become the NASA Causeway after a few miles.
You’ll know you’re on the right track when you see the Astronaut Hall
of Fame on the right side of the road. After passing through the gate, follow the Causeway for approximately six miles. Turn right at the first traffic light. This is the entrance to the KSC Visitor Complex. Signs will be posted to guide you to the parking area. Park and enter through the main Visitor Complex entrance. The Debus Conference Center is to your left after passing through the ticketing area. FROM

NORTH: Take
Exit 78 (Route 407) heading toward Kennedy Space Center.
Route 407 will end at a T-intersection after a few miles, which is Route
405 (see Map #2). Take a right turn onto Route 405.
Route 405 will become the NASA Causeway after a few miles.

of Fame on the right side of the road. After passing through the gate, follow the Causeway for approximately six miles. Turn right at the first traffic light. SOUTH: Take
Exit 79 and go left at the stoplight onto Route 50 East.
Go to the next light and take a right turn onto Route 405 (see Map
#2).

Ramada Inn and Best Western, follow Route 405 east (see Map

the Holiday Inn, follow U.S 1 south to the junction with Route 405 (see Map
#2).
Take the second exit ramp on the right onto Route 405 East.
Route 405 will become the NASA Causeway.

COCOA BEACH HOTELS: Head north on Route A1A. Depending on which hotel you’re staying in, you may have to travel several miles (4 - 6) until you see the Radisson at the Port (a large pink hotel on your left). Continue north past the Radisson until A1A curves to the east and becomes Route 528 (Beeline) (see Map #4). (NOTE: There is currently a great deal of road construction in this area as of early 2002). Continue on Route 528 for approximately 12 miles until it intersects with I-95. (NOTE: Unless you are a badged employee, DO NOT attempt to enter through the Cape Canaveral Air Station Security Gate) Follow the exit ramp for I-95 North. Kennedy
Space Center Visitor Complex
Proceed north on I-95 for approximately 6 miles and take Exit 78 (Route 407) heading toward the Kennedy Space Center. TO COCOA BEACH HOTELS FROM

Exit #77 for Route 528 (Beeline) East.
Follow Route 528 East until it ends (will run straight into Route A1A
South) (see Map #4). Follow A1A
South. Keep an eye out for the

At the junction with U.S. 1, take the ramp for U.S. 1 North.
The hotel will be approximately 2 miles ahead on the right (see Map

I-95: Take
Exit #79 for Route 50 East.
The Best Western is approximately ¼ mile on the right.
The Ramada Inn is on the north side of Route 50 at the intersection with
Route 405 (see Map #2). For
the Holiday Inn, continue on Route 50 until it ends at a T-intersection with
U.S. 1 (the Indian River will be straight ahead, with KSC’s Vehicle Assembly
Building visible in the distance). Turn
right onto U.S. 1. The Holiday Inn
will be approximately ½ mile on the left (see Map #2).
